Our Story

Our interest in Ocala stems from our equestrian roots, but has grown quickly as the area has so much to offer year-round.

Just to name a few additional Ocala draws: Silver Springs State Park, AKC dog shows, University of Florida events, residency at Advent Health Medical Center, year-long World Equestrian Center horse shows and more! It is because of the adventurous feeling that Ocala provides, that we started our Short-Term Rental (STR) journey in 2018 with a single property and a lot of ideas. Four years later, we’ve taken the homes we have spent our winters in and have turned them into profitable STR’s during the summer months. With a background in project management, consulting, and real estate, expanding to help other experience the same benefits with their own homes an obvious choice.
