Who doesn’t love hassle-free passive income? Allow us to drive traffic to your property to drive occupancy rates, and maximize nightly rates. Below outlines the services we will provide:

Bookings backed by data

Maximize your occupancy through competitive pricing and promotions on booking platforms (AirBnB, VRBO, & direct booking platform). We will provide a monthly “By the Numbers” report with recommendations on how to make your listing stand out!

Unique guest experience

From automated messages to personalize guide books, our goal is to have repeat guests. Of course, a clean STR is a profitable STR. We will perform an audit of the property during each turnover to check its picture perfect for guests.

Protecting your investment

We will care for your property like it is our own by performing quarterly inventory and maintenance checks (AC filter, water filters, etc). As needed, we will coordinate vendors for repairs, and deduct routine expenses from our monthly revenue.

Rates

For full management of your property Hammock Lane will charge an 18% commission of your Gross Rental Income. This commission will be withheld from your monthly revenue check, and broken down on the monthly invoice. If you plan to spend a season in your home we will allow clients to freeze their contract once a year for a maximum of 90 days, and the owner will assume full responsibility during that time. If it is a downtime, or the home is not able to be listed there will be a minimum of $250 commission each month for our team continue to oversee the care of your home.
