Design

During the design phase we will perform an initial assessment and provide recommendations on structural modifications to increase property appeal. Working within a set budget, we will then compile room designs and a detailed purchase list for the client to envision what the space can become. Once approved, we will begin ordering and inventorying all items as they arrive.
Set Up
Working with a group of trusted vendors, we will begin to bring this vision to life. Whether you live nearby or afar, you will get weekly updates on process and share in the excitement of a home being created.
Listing Your Property
Once all the final touches are complete, the home will have professional photos taken, a listing created, and become open for reservations. Depending on the market and location, Hammock Lane will market the new property on various platforms.
